Private Training Lessons
I offer beginner and advanced 6-week obedience courses. With the beginner course, I will coach you on how to teach your dog 10 different behaviors. Examples would be:
Sit
Down
Recall (come)
Leave-It
The advanced course builds on the beginner course by adding time, distance, and distractions. This course will incorporate both in-home and classes outside of your home. Both courses are great for dogs and humans of all ages, not just puppies. Please call or email to book an appointment.
Behavior Modification & Problem Solving
Unwanted behaviors are a common complaint from many dog owners, such as leash pulling, house training, or unwanted chewing, to name a few. What may be normal behavior for your dog is a nuisance for us humans, can create stress and frustration in the home for you and your dog, and it is one of the many reasons pet owners surrender their dogs to their local shelters. While working together, I can help you understand your dog's needs and teach you proper canine communication and boundaries. My primary goal as a trainer is for you and your pup to live peacefully and happily in your home together.
Problem-solving and behavior modification can be part of your obedience training course or sold as a separate training package..
